طالبت مركزية مؤتمر الكنابي ومجموعة “محامو الطوارئ” الحقوقية، السلطات العدلية في بورتسودان بمعالجة أوضاع المحتجزين بسجن بورتسودان، والإفراج عمن لا توجد مبررات قانونية لاستمرار احتجازهم، وتسريع إجراءات محاكمة من يواجهون بلاغات بموجب المادتين (50) و(51) من القانون الجنائي السوداني لسنة 1991. وقالت الجهتان، في بيانين منفصلين، الثلاثاء، إن بعض المحتجزين أمضوا نحو عامين رهن الاحتجاز …
