Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has stated that his petition seeking the removal of Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng cannot be dismissed because it contains strong evidence against him. Mr Kpebu rsquo;s petition was formally submitted in December 2025 and alleged, among other things, incompetence on the part of the Special Prosecutor, including his handling of the departure of former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta from Ghana.
