Veteran Nollywood actor Yinka Quadri has shared a surprising revelation about his personal life, disclosing that his wife was aware of his relationships with some actresses in the movie industry and treated them warmly despite knowing about the alleged affairs.

The actor made this revelation during an appearance on the Africanalist Podcast, where he recounted how some of the actresses he was involved with would eventually become friends with his wife and even tell her about his relationships with other women in the industry.

According to Quadri, the situation reached a point where some actresses would approach his wife to gossip about his alleged romantic relationships with other colleagues, despite their own involvement with him.

“It got to a stage, I won’t mention the ladies’ names in the industry. They would become friends with my wife and start giving gossip to my wife that I am dating so so so in the industry,” he said.

Quadri also revealed that jealousy sometimes came into play, with some of the women he dated reportedly confronting his wife or going to her home, only to discover that she was already aware of the situation.

“There were some of them that we were dating who went home out of jealousy. Meanwhile, my wife would say she was aware already and she doesn’t fight them because of that,” the actor added.

In another part of the conversation, the veteran actor disclosed that some actresses occasionally spent the night at his home when movie productions ended late. He said his wife knew about his relationships with them and would still welcome them and make sure they were fed.

“Sometimes when production ends late, they would sleep in my house. And my wife is aware I am dating them, she would still feed them and everything,” Quadri stated.
