The Minister for Finance Dr Cassiel Ato Forson has said Ghana rsquo;s recent economic stabilisation should not be viewed as the ultimate goal of the government rsquo;s economic programme. He said the country has now moved beyond the stabilisation phase and must focus on transforming the economy in ways that deliver tangible improvements in the lives of citizens.
