Nigerian newspapers review: [N3.9trn debt] 40 firms battle for business survival

In today’s Nigerian newspapers review programme, Today in the News, Vanguard leads with job losses looming as N3.9 trillion debt may cripple several firms.

Another headline features the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, warning that any return of fuel subsidy would cripple Northern Nigeria, saying it would end road, gas and fertiliser projects and push northerners back into poverty.
