NNL: ABS FC commence pre-season training ahead of 2026/27 season

ABS FC have commenced pre-season training ahead of the new Nigeria National League, NNL, season.

The Saraki Boys began preparations shortly after concluding their player screening exercise on Thursday.

The screening exercise lasted two weeks with 35 players selected.

The club said the pre-season program will focus on fitness, tactical drills and team cohesion.

ABS FC will compete in Conference D alongside Wikki Tourists, Lobi Stars, Mighty Jets, Yobe Desert Stars, Sokoto United, Bichi First and Kada Warriors.

The Ilorin-based side will be hoping to mount a serious challenge for promotion, with a target of returning to the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.
