NNL: Godswill Akpabio United FC appoint Green new head coach

Edward Green has been unveiled as the new head coach of the Nigeria National League, NNL, side, Godswill Akpabio United FC, DAILY POST reports.

Green was unveiled at the club’s house in Uyo on Saturday.

The young tactician signed a one-year contract with the modest club.

Green previously served as assistant coach at Rivers United.

He served in the same capacity with Akwa United and Sporting Lagos in the past.

Green will aim to help Godswill Akpabio FC secure promotion to the NPFL next season.
