Lawyer Kwame Owusu Danso has said Ghana rsquo;s Chief Justice, Paul Baffoe-Bonnie, did not break any rule by commenting on the performance of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). The Chief Justice has come under criticism after saying that Ghanaians sometimes wonder what had been done over the previous eight years when they hear how well some state organisations are now performing.
