Veteran Nigerian actor, Taiwo Hassan, famously known as Ogogo, has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.

In a viral video on Instagram, Monday night, Ogogo’s daughter, Shaki Taiwo, solicited medical help for him.

While revealing that the hospital had stopped his treatment because of how serious his condition was, Shaki noted that her father said he did not want to die.

She said, “Hello, everyone. I’m here for my daddy. He has cancer and it is at stage 4. The hospital is saying that they cannot treat him again and that they can’t give him chemo again.

“Please, we are not here to need money, and I really want to appreciate Senator Yayi. He has been the one footing the bill. What I’m here for is that if you can treat my daddy medically or traditionally, please, I’m begging in the name of God, help us.

“My daddy doesn’t want to die. Please, I don’t want my daddy to die. He’s in pain. He’s not happy. Please, guys, I’m begging you, if you know anybody that can treat cancer.”

Also, his second daughter, Haleemah, in a separate Instagram post, revealed that they were not aware of their father’s diagnosis “until three weeks ago.”
