NPFL: Abayomi leaves Shooting Stars, seeks fresh start 

Adebayo Abayomi will become a free agent this summer following the expiration of his contract with Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, side Shooting Stars.

Abayomi’s current deal with Shooting Stars runs out at the end of the 2025-26 NPFL season.

The midfielder managed only 11 appearances for the Oluyole Warriors last season.

Abayomi previously played for Remo Stars before moving to the Ibadan club

He has also played in Sweden with IK Gauthlod and IK Oddevold.

The 32-year-old is expected to take a decision on his future soon.
