NPFL: Afeez Bankole joins Ikorodu City from Kwara United

Ikorodu City FC have strengthened their squad with the signing of Afeez Bankole for the new campaign, DAILY POST reports.

The Oga Boys signed Bankole from Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, side Kwara United.

Bankole featured regularly for the Harmony Boys in the NPFL last season.

He is expected to add experience to the Oga Boys backline in this campaign.

Ikorodu City will be aiming for an improved performance after missing out on a continental slot last season.

They started the new campaign with a 3-1 win over Ranchers Bees last weekend.
