Doma United technical adviser, Ayodeji Ayeni, has commended his players for their resilience in the matchday two win over Inter Lagos.
The Savannah Tigers beat Inter Lagos 1-0 at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, on Saturday.
Rilwan Sadiq scored the only goal of the keenly contested encounter.
Ayeni also praised the players for adhering to instructions during the game.
“The boys really responded well to the tactics,” Ayeni said in a chat with the club’s media.
“I want to appreciate the players for their courage, resilience and composure throughout the game. They really did well.”
Doma United have recorded two wins from their opening two fixtures.
They will take on Enyimba in a matchday three fixture at the Pantami Stadium.
