NPFL: Bendel Insurance charged to go for victory against Barau FC

Daily Post about 2 hours 1 mins read

Bendel Insurance players have been urged to go all out for victory in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, matchday seven clash against Barau FC.

The Executive Chairman of the Edo State Sports Commission, Amadin Desmond Enabulele, gave the charge in a meeting with the players.

Enabulele encouraged the players to put the 3-0 defeat to Abia Warriors behind them and use Sunday’s fixture against Barau FC as an opportunity to return to winning ways.

Bendel Insurance will take on Barau FC at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium on Sunday(today).

“There should be no excuse on Sunday,” Enabulele was quoted by the club’s media.

“Go out there and give us three points against Barau FC and do more in away matches to put us in the proper place.”

Enabulele urged the team to improve on their position in the NPFL this season.

“I’m optimistic that Bendel Insurance will make a positive impact in the NPFL this season. Please, don’t make it a mere wish,” he added.
