NPFL: Flying Eagles assistant coach Biffo commends officiating standard

Daily Post about 1 hour 1 mins read

Flying Eagles assistant coach, Abdullahi Biffo, has commended the standard of officiating in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, this season, DAILY POST reports.

Biffo described the improvement as fantastic and a clear departure from what obtained in previous seasons.

He said the improvement in officiating has encouraged competition among clubs.

“The NPFL has improved drastically in the area of officiating, which has continued to encourage teams to deliver on the pitch,” Biffo stated in Lagos.

“For any team to secure an away win or draw, it must work extra hard,” he added.

Biffo noted that the days when some teams were considered weaker opponents in the top flight are gradually disappearing.
