NPFL: Kwara United battle Shooting Stars in pre-season friendly

Kwara United will square up against Shooting Stars in a friendly encounter in Ibadan on Sunday DAILY POST reports.

The match is billed for 4pm at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba in Ibadan.

The game offers both Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, sides opportunity to assess fitness of their players and tactics ahead of the 2026-27 season.

The match is expected to attract a sizable crowd at the venue.

Both teams are aiming to build momentum before the league campaign kicks off next month.

Shooting Stars will be competing in the CAF Confederation cup next season.
