Nasarawa Amazons have resumed pre-season training for the new season, DAILY POST reports.
The players regrouped at their training base in Lafia on Thursday.
The team embarked on break following the conclusion of the 2025-26 Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL, season.
Nasarawa Amazons finished in third position at the NWFL Super Six playoff tournament.
They, however, won the 2026 President Federation Cup in Asaba.
Nasarawa Amazons defeated Heartland Queens 6-5 on penalty shoot out, after the game 1-1 in regulation time.
The Lafia-based club have won the Federation Cup title three times in their history.
