NWFL:Remo Stars Ladies set for Bayelsa pre-season tournament

Remo Stars Ladies will take part in pre-season tournament in Bayelsa, DAILY POST reports.

The Ikenne-based club will do battle with former Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL, champions Rivers Angels, Rangers Women’s, Ahudiyannem Queens and Na-Arawa Amaz FC at the competition.

The tournament will start on Friday October 2nd(today) at the Bayelsa State government house Polo field.

The tournament is part of Remo Stars Ladies’ preparation for the 2026-27 NWFL season.

Remo Stars Ladies finished in fifth position in the NWFL last term.

Edo Queens were crowned the NWFL champions last season.
