The Executive Director of the West Africa Centre for Counter-Extremism (WACCE), Mutaru Mumuni Muqthar, has cautioned that increasing youth unemployment, governance deficits and social marginalisation could increase Ghana rsquo;s vulnerability to terrorism and violent extremism.
