Daily Post about 2 hours 1 mins read

Protest erupts at PTI Junction in Delta State after youths who gathered for a 5-kilometre Independence Day Run expressed anger over the distribution of T-shirts bearing the image of President Bola Tinubu.

The participants, who were said to have gathered for the exercise, were surprised when organisers began distributing “Soft Nigeria” polo shirts featuring Tinubu’s image.

Some of the youths reportedly felt deceived, expressing displeasure over the development, with footage showing some of them tearing the T-shirts.

Others threatened to boycott the Independence Day Run in protest against the organisers’ action.
