Osun election: Soludo congratulates Adeleke

The governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has congratulated Osun State governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke on his successful re-election for a second term following last Saturday’s polls.

In a goodwill message circulated by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Christian Aburime, Governor Soludo said Governor Adeleke’s electoral victory reflects the trust placed in him by the people of Osun State to lead for another term of four years.

“Their votes speak volumes of confidence in his administration and commitment to progressive development”, Soludo said.

The governor equally celebrated the people of Osun State, the voters who exercised their democratic right with peaceful conviction, noting that their participation reinforced the strength of the nation’s democracy and demonstrated the power of citizens to shape their collective future.

He observed that true governance thrives when leaders rise above partisan differences to act magnanimously and focus on shared goals of development.

“All political actors in Osun State, including the triumphant ruling party, the opposition, and civil society, are urged to embrace peace and unity for collective progress”, he advised.

He wished Governor Adeleke a successful tenure of his renewed mandate, guided by magnanimity, wisdom, and courage for greater development that will yield lasting benefits for the people of Osun State.
