Phyna bags N50m, brand-new car after knocking out Nkechi Blessing

Daily Post about 1 hour 1 mins read

Big Brother Naija Level Up winner, Phyna, has bagged N50 million and a brand-new car after defeating actress Nkechi Blessing by a fourth-round technical knockout.

DAILY POST recalls that the two entertainers faced each other on Thursday, October 1, at the Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos, during Balmoral Promotions’ ‘Chaos in the Ring’ event.

Phyna secured the victory in the fourth round to emerge winner of the female celebrity boxing bout.

After the fight, the reality star shared photos of herself with her championship belt and reflected on her move from reality television to boxing.

“From reality TV to the boxing ring, I’ve always been willing to challenge myself, break barriers and prove that there is so much more to Phyna than what people see,” she wrote.

Phyna also dedicated the victory to women who have been told they could not achieve certain things.

“This one is for every woman who has ever been told she couldn’t. We can, we will, and we absolutely should,” she said.
