Police arrest man captured assaulting handcuffed suspect in viral video

The Ghana Police Service has arrested Sibamay Zakaria, the man captured in a viral video allegedly assaulting a suspect who was in handcuffs. According to a statement issued by the Police on Thursday, Zakaria is currently in custody assisting with investigations and will be put before the court.
