Police arrest man over girlfriend’s death in Kaduna

The Kaduna State Police Command has arrested a man, Manaseh Bitrus Jatau, over the killing of his 35-year-old girlfriend, Rebecca Ojonike Jeremiah, following a dispute over a phone call from another woman. Jeremiah’s lifeless body was found along Mai Angwa Street, Romi, Kaduna, at about 7am on Saturday, September 5, 2026, according to the police.
