Portugal: He wants to score 1000 goals – Sid Seixeiro blasts Ronaldo

Daily Post about 2 hours 1 mins read

Canadian TV show host, Sid Seixeiro has slammed Cristiano Ronaldo after the Portuguese forward left the national team a few days ago.

He claimed that Ronaldo wants to score 1000 goals, adding that there was a clear reason Portugal teammates never respected him the way Argentina players do with Lionel Messi.

Speaking on the Sid Seixeiro Show, the Canadian pundit said, “Ronaldo, at 41 years of age, believes he helps the team by scoring, not by running, not by making a run, not by trying to draw a defender, not by working hard.

“He wants to score because that is his ego and his rep. He also wants to score a thousand goals because Messi didn’t, and it is the only thing he has over Messi.

“The other thing about Messi is that he is respected and liked within his own room. Ronaldo is not,” he said.
