Pre-Tertiary Teacher Unions suspend nationwide strike

Striking pre-tertiary teacher unions on Friday suspended their nationwide industrial action following an agreement reached with the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC). The suspension followed a series of engagements involving the unions, the Minister of Labour, Jobs and Employment, Mr Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum, the Council of State and the FWSC.
