President Mahama announces plans to import electric wheelchairs for PWDs

President John Dramani Mahama has announced Government rsquo;s plans to import rechargeable electric wheelchairs for persons with disabilities (PWDs). He explained that the pilot project was to facilitate the movement of PWDs and that when the electric wheelchairs were in, they would be handed over to the National Council on Disability.
