President John Dramani Mahama has revealed that he held discussions with South Africa rsquo;s Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Ronald Lamola, who visited Ghana as Special Envoy of President Cyril Ramaphosa, over the recent xenophobic attacks targeting foreign nationals in South Africa.
