Publish status of rural telephony sites within 30 days — NPP tells gov’t

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has called on the government to publish a comprehensive status report on the Ghana Rural Telephony and Digital Inclusion Project within 30 days. The party is also demanding details on approximately 400 sites for which equipment was handed over before the change of government in January 2025, as well as the status of 46 sites awaiting connection through a satellite hub.
