Raymond Archer has been confirmed as the substantive Executive Director of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO), with his appointment taking effect from October 27, 2026. EOCO Board Chairman Daniel Domelevo confirmed that Mr Archer officially assumed the position on the effective date.
