ReachOut Nigeria has announced plan to distribute 100 million copies of ‘Rhapsody of Realities’ across the country as it marks the 20th edition of its nationwide campaign.

The campaign themed, ‘Celebrating 20 Years of Impact, Taking Rhapsody to Every Man’s World’, coincided with Nigeria’s 66th independence anniversary and is expected to cover all 774 local government areas.

According to a statement issued by ReachOut Nigeria, the 20th edition represented the organisation’s largest nationwide campaign since its inception in 2007, with the devotional targeted at adults, youths, teenagers, children and people with accessibility needs across cities, towns, villages and hinterlands.

The statement said the initiative began with a vision to inspire hope, promote patriotism and empower Nigerians through the message of the Christian faith.

It said the campaign had, over the years, expanded beyond the distribution of Rhapsody of Realities to incorporate humanitarian interventions and community-development projects.

“Over the years, ReachOut Nigeria has grown beyond the mass distribution of Rhapsody of Realities into a nationwide movement combining evangelism with humanitarian and community-development initiatives,” the statement noted.

According to the organisation, its interventions have included potable-water projects, support for schools and libraries, healthcare initiatives, renovation and support for public institutions, as well as other projects aimed at addressing community needs.

At the centre of the campaign is Rhapsody of Realities, authored by Rev. Dr. Chris Oyakhilome, which the organisation described as a devotional designed to take the message of God’s Word into people’s everyday lives.

The statement said the devotional was currently available in 8,123 languages and more than 4,000 dialects, with editions designed for adults, teenagers and children.

It added that the publication is available in print, digital, audio, Braille and Sign Language formats.

“Available today in 8,123 languages and more than 4,000 dialects, the devotional takes the light of God’s Word into people’s everyday worlds, bringing a message of salvation, healing, hope and victorious living,” the statement said.

As part of the 20th edition, ReachOut Nigeria said it would distribute the devotional in Nigerian indigenous languages and multiple formats, including print, digital, audio and Braille, with additional innovations aimed at improving accessibility for blind and deaf Nigerians.

The organisation said the campaign was targeting 1,009 Nigerian languages, with 650 already represented in print.

Beyond the distribution of the devotional, the campaign will also feature community-development initiatives, including the provision of 200 boreholes in 200 communities.

The statement said the projects were intended to leave tangible community assets while improving the quality of life of beneficiaries.

It added that the October campaign would be implemented through 10 Dimensions of Impact, comprising Crusades; Church Growth; Community Transformation; Community Reading Outreaches; Street Expressions; Conferences, Media and Exhibitions; Concerts and Praise Experiences; Champions League and Games; ReachOut Community of Practice; and ReachOut to Schools.

“Together, these dimensions will create multiple avenues to reach people, engage communities and deliver practical impact across the nation,” it said.

The activities will include community and End-time Crusades, school outreaches, reading outreaches, carnivals, floats and processions, concerts and praise experiences, sports and youth activities, professional outreach, conferences and exhibitions.

The programme will also feature a National Day of Prayer and 31 consecutive days of the ReachOut Nigeria Live Show.

The organisation said a special ReachOut Nigeria Symposium scheduled for October 30 would showcase the campaign’s two-decade journey, community interventions, innovations and stories of lives transformed.

The statement said the 2026 campaign was designed to reach Nigerians across virtually every sphere of society.

“From offices, shops and schools to barracks, communities and public transportation systems — including buses, trains and airplanes — the 2026 campaign is designed to take Rhapsody into every sphere of Nigerian society,” it said.

ReachOut Nigeria said the 20th edition was both a celebration of the campaign’s achievements over two decades and a renewal of its commitment to its founding vision.

“The 20th Edition represents both a celebration of what has been accomplished and a renewed commitment to ReachOut Nigeria’s founding vision: transforming lives with the Word of God while inspiring Nigerians to make tangible contributions to their communities and nation,” the statement added.
