Real Madrid: I wasn’t there – Mbappe refuses to confirm Valverde, Tchouameni fight

Daily Post about 1 hour 1 mins read

Real Madrid forward, Kylian Mbappe, has insisted that he left without knowing what happened between his teammates, Aurelien Tchouameni and Federico Valverde’s fight.

Recall that Tchouameni and Valverde were recently involved in a dressing room fight.

Real Madrid later released a statement regarding the incident, penalising both players with a fine.

Speaking on the development, after Real Madrid’s 2-0 win against Real Oviedo, on Thursday, Mbappe refused to confirm the incident.

”I wasn’t there, I can’t confirm,” Mbappe said at his post-match interview when asked about Tchouameni’s fight with Valverde.

“I left without knowing what happened. I had the same information as you,” he added.
