Rent Control to deploy 2,000 personnel under ‘Yellow Yellow’ task force

The Rent Control Department is engaging the National Service Authority to deploy more than 2,000 personnel under a task force dubbed ldquo;Yellow Yellow rdquo; to enforce rent laws nationwide. Acting Rent Control Commissioner Frederick Opoku said at a press briefing that the personnel would investigate rent-related violations and serve notices on landlords who breach the law, requiring them to report to the Commission for further action.
