'Revolution is here' - Sowore mobilises Abuja residents for Tinubu Must Go rally

Daily Post about 1 hour 2 mins read

The presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, Omoyele Sowore, has announced plans to launch a mega campaign against President Bola Tinubu’s administration in Abuja.

Sowore, who addressed his supporters at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday after a hearing in the case filed against him by the Department of State Services, DSS, for allegedly calling Tinubu a criminal, said the 'Tinubu Must Go rally' will commence in the nation’s capital on Tuesday.

He urged his supporters to mobilise other residents of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, to participate in the rally, predicting that a revolution is about to begin in Nigeria.

The activist also claimed that revolutions were taking place in France and some other developed countries, insisting that it was time for Nigeria to experience its own revolution.

He said, "We have a little bit of time left before Tinubu regime becomes a thing of the past. This affliction shall never happen to us the second time.

"We are coming here tomorrow and we want you to mobilise everybody. When we leave here tomorrow, we will enter into the town. Our Tinubu Must Go rally will commence tomorrow.

"Invite your brothers and friends. Everybody in Abuja, come out tomorrow. We want to do this revolution once and for all. There is a revolution currently going on in France, Spain and other countries. Why can't we do our own in Nigeria?

"Our own time has come and we are ready for them, they will soon be shocked that we are more ready than they are".
