Daily Post about 3 hours 1 mins read

Nigerian singer, Ruger’s record label, has revealed the reason for the singer’s music hiatus.

The record label, in a statement, disclosed that the ‘Bounce’ crooner has been away from the music scene due to a legal battle with an ex-girlfriend.

According to the statement, the ex-boyfriend sued the singer for alleged “emotional distress” and “damages”.

The statement partly read, “Ruger was caught up in a series of personal challenges after someone he dated decided to sue him for alleged ’emotional distress,’ and ‘damages.”

The statement added that the singer will return to the music scene in August.
