Giving details about the AI platform, the CEO of SBTS Group, Evelyn Lewis, said while AI would automate risk identification and evidence collection, SBTS emphasises that accountability still requires human judgment.
According to Lewis, Aegis360AI uses a human-in-the-loop model. It eliminates repetitive manual work and delivers actionable intelligence, while cybersecurity and compliance experts retain authority to validate high-risk findings and direct incident response.
Speaking during a recent tour of the company’s Security Operations Centre in Abuja by FCT Internal Revenue Service officials, Lewis said: “The challenge is no longer simply about detecting a cyberattack or preparing for an annual audit.
