NISA said its forces arrested 11 operatives linked to the networks, which were allegedly being prepared to carry out activities threatening security. The networks were dismantled during planned security operations conducted in Darussalam, Garasbaley, Kahda, Daynile, and Afgoye.
NISA forces also seized weapons and other materials that the operatives allegedly intended to use in their planned activities.
The operations are part of NISA's ongoing efforts to prevent Al-Shabaab and other terrorist groups from carrying out activities aimed at undermining security and harming the Somali people.
