[Horn Diplomat] Hargeisa, Somaliland -- Somaliland has reaffirmed its support for Ethiopia securing access to the sea through negotiated arrangements, accusing Somalia of contradicting its own position after Mogadishu said it supports commercial maritime access for the landlocked country.
