Emmanuel Kotin, Executive Director of the Africa Centre for Security and Counterterrorism, has accused the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Minority in Parliament of using artificial intelligence (AI) to manufacture a scandal out of the government rsquo;s expenditure on evacuating Ghanaians from South Africa.
