The 2028 presidential candidate of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mahamudu Bawumia, has condemned what he describes as state-sponsored harassment of members of the party. His comments follow the recent arrest of the NPP rsquo;s Agona West Constituency Organiser, David Essandoh, for allegedly making a social media post announcing the return of dumsor.
