Social media personality Jarvis has responded to people urging her to show respect to her husband, fellow content creator Peller, insisting that she does not want anyone forcing the idea of respect on her.
In a statement addressing her critics, Jarvis said she had already made her position clear and questioned why people continued to tell her to respect her husband.
“For those of you saying I should respect, I already told y’all that I don’t have respect. I don’t know why you people keep telling me to respect Peller.”
She also argued that women reflect how they are treated by others, saying, “Women are a reflection of whatever they are given. Whatever you show us is what we will reflect back.”
Jarvis further asked people to leave her sister out of the situation, saying she did not like seeing her sister dragged into the matter.
“Please take my sister off this, I don’t like this for her. You people should not stress my sister, okay. You people can stress me,” she added.
