Super Eagles head coach, Éric Chelle has announced his starting line up for Nigeria’s opening 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying fixture against Madagascar tonight.
Stanley Nwabali will start in goal, with Ola Aina and Bruno Onyemaechi operating as the full-backs.
In central defence, Chelle has paired experienced duo Semi Ajayi and Calvin Bassey.
Captain Wilfred Ndidi will lead the midfield alongside Fulham star Alex Iwobi.
Up front, newboy George Ilenikhena gets his first start for the Super Eagles and will partner Akor Adams.
Ademola Lookman and Samuel Chukwueze will provide width and attacking support.
