Supreme Court suspends Court of Appeal order restoring GN Savings and Loans licence

The Supreme Court has stayed the execution of the Court of Appeal rsquo;s decision that restored the operating licence of GN Savings and Loans Company Limited. The order, issued by the apex court, will remain in effect until the final determination of the substantive issues before it.
