After an exciting 2023 edition, the Complete Sports Celebrity Workout (CSCW) 3.0 is back in
Lagos, bringing together fitness, entertainment and preventive healthcare for one energetic
morning.

Time: 7:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Venue: Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island, Lagos Nigeria
Entry is FREE, but registration is compulsory.

What to Expect
Get ready to work out with celebrities and fitness experts across four exciting categories:

Tabata | Aerobics | Functional Fitness | Yoga

Beyond the workouts, attendees can enjoy games and prizes, music, entertainment, free
refreshments and FREE health screenings.

Health screenings will include checks such as blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, height,
weight, BMI, fundoscopy, color vision tests, preliminary eye examination, visual acuity,
etc, giving attendees an opportunity to take a simple but important step towards better
preventive healthcare.

There will also be short wellness sessions from health professionals, including representatives
from Healthtracka, Vision Planet Eye Clinic and Pharmacist Temidayo Olamiju of the
Lagos State Primary Healthcare Board.
