TIBA Opens Nominations for Excellence Awards

This Day about 4 hours 2 mins read

The Iconic Brand Africa (TIBA) has officially announced the opening of nominations for the 8th edition of the TIBA Excellence Awards 2026. The awards ceremony, themed, “Positioning for Influence, Leadership & Business Growth,” is scheduled to hold on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at The Zone, Gbagada.

Since its inception, TIBA has recognised more than 800 outstanding leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs and organisations, providing a platform that brings together influential voices from across different sectors.

This year’s edition features 25 categories spanning entrepreneurship, leadership, personal branding, business, arts, academic research, media, public relations, technology, healthcare, finance, law, sales and marketing, among others.

Highlighted categories include Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year, Outstanding CEO/Founder of the Year, Social Impact Award of the Year, Edu-Influencer of the Year, Top 10 Exceptional Professionals in Media & Public Relations, Leadership Award of the Year, Outstanding Corporate Brand of the Year, Outstanding Researcher of the Year, Research Innovation etc.

Emphasising the importance of recognising those who drive excellence across the continent, Founder, The Iconic Brand Africa (TIBA), Mrs. Adeola Osideko, stated that, “The people and organisations shaping Africa’s future are not always the loudest in the room. Sometimes, their impact is seen in the businesses they build, the people they influence, the problems they solve and the standards they set in their industries. The TIBA Awards are about identifying those stories, giving them the recognition they deserve and creating a platform that encourages others to aspire to excellence.”

TIBA Awards & Conference is an annual platform dedicated to recognising excellence and creating opportunities for conversations around leadership, influence and business growth. Individuals, organisations, professional networks and members of the public are invited to nominate deserving candidates who have demonstrated exceptional performance, leadership, innovation or impact in their respective fields.
