President Bola Tinubu on Thursday held a closed-door meeting with Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

DAILY POST reports that Adeleke, who was re-elected on Saturday, August 15, arrived at the State House and proceeded straight to the president’s office for the meeting.

This came shortly after the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, issued certificate of return to Adeleke.

Adeleke, who contested on the platform of the Accord, secured 511,067 votes to defeat Bola Oyebamiji, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, who polled 444,815 votes.
