Trade Ministry invites public comments on sale of DSM animal nutrition business

The Ministry of Trade, Agribusiness and Industry has invited public comments on a proposed international acquisition involving the Animal Nutrition and Health business of DSM Firmenich AG. The Ministry, acting as Ghana rsquo;s National Focal Point for ECOWAS competition matters, announced that the ECOWAS Regional Competition Authority has received an official merger notification regarding the transaction.
