Aston Villa goalkeeper, Emi Martinez is eager to make the move to Chelsea this summer.
Martinez has already seen a potential transfer to Juventus fall through.
The Argentina international is now keen to join Villa’s Premier League rivals, with few days left before the window closes.
However, Chelsea are yet to make a decision on signing the 33-year-old.
Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, wrote on X: “Emiliano Martinez already said yes to Chelsea project. He wants the move and hopes for #CFC switch ahead of the deadline.
“Tottenham are currently not involved as they are happy (so far) with Kinsky and Dubravka.
“Decision up to Chelsea. Internal talks ongoing.”
