Chelsea midfielder, Enzo Fernandez’s imminent departure will clear the way for Lamine Camara to move to Stamford Bridge from Monaco.
Chelsea have reached an agreement with Monaco to sign Camara in the final days of the transfer window.
The Blues have agreed a deal with the French Ligue 1 side to sign the 22-year-old for a fee expected to reach €45 million, including bonuses.
The arrival of the Senegalese midfielder is expected to facilitate Fernandez’s exit, with the Argentine currently finalising a move to Manchester City after falling out of favour with Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso.
According to football transfer expert, Sacha Tavolieri, the transfer is nearing completion, with only the payment schedule left to be finalised.
