
Fulham have intensified effort to sign Trabzonspor defender Chibuike Nwaiwu, DAILY POST reports.
Nwaiwu caught the eye after an impressive six-month spell at Trabzonspor.
The Nigeria international only arrived Turkey during the January transfer window from Austrian club Wolfsberger AC.
Trabzonspor have rejected a second bid in the region of €20 million for Nwaiwu, after turning down an initial €15 million offer, according to reports.
The Black Sea Storm are demanding a fee in the region of €30-35 million for the centre-back.
Fulham already have two Nigerians, Alex Iwobi, and Calvin Bassey in their ranks.
