Turkey: Galatasaray receives important warning regarding Victor Osimhen

Daily Post 1 day 1 mins read

Turkish football pundit, Berk Göl, has issued an important warning to Galatasaray regarding striker, Victor Osimhen ahead of their clash with Kasımpaşa at Rams Park on Friday.

Osimhen has not played for Galatasaray since he sustained an injury against İstanbul Başakşehir last month.

It’s yet not clear if the Nigerian international will play against Kasımpaşa, but Galatasaray’s target is for him to play against Barcelona in the Champions League next week.

Speaking about Osimhen, Göl warned Galatasaray to take the Kasımpaşa match seriously and not only the Barcelona game, suggesting that the former Napoli star should be part of the encounter.

“The Barcelona match is the target [for Osimhen], which is very understandable, but the Kasımpaşa match is a tough one. Galatasaray will be very tired and will have missing players,” Göl said, as quoted by Habersarikirmizi.

“The team has also lost its rhythm, having not played a match for almost a month. The Kasımpaşa match should be taken seriously.”
